Pet-Nat Brut

We make this dry white sparkling wine by the Pét-Nat (Pétillant Naturel) method, letting natural fermentation finish inside the bottle. Crafted from Goruli Mtsvane and Chinuri grapes harvested in the historic Ateni Gorge, the 2022 vintage is exceptionally energetic, cheerful and refreshing, keeping the lightness characteristic of Kartli winemaking. In the glass it shows a brilliant lemon hue; the bouquet is youthful and vibrant, led by fresh notes of citrus and green apple. On the palate, pronounced acidity and a delicate natural sparkle lend it particular agility and crispness, while the 12% alcohol integrates seamlessly into a harmonious, lively profile. An excellent aperitif, this Pét-Nat pairs perfectly with seafood, light salads and fresh cheeses.
