We have five wooden cottages on the winery grounds, offering triple and twin rooms with mountain views. Each cottage is air-conditioned, with a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom and a fridge.

New Cottages on Ancient Land

We built our five wooden cottages in 2023–24, beside the cellar in the Ateni Valley of Kartli. The cottages themselves are new, but the land around them sits in a region whose Georgian winemaking heritage stretches back thousands of years.

Set on the winery grounds about a ten-minute drive from Gori, the cottages look out over the vineyards and the mountains of the Tana Gorge. Each is air-conditioned, with a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom and a fridge - quiet comfort a few steps from where the wine is made.

Our family restaurant sits right beside the cottages, serving traditional Georgian cuisine with grilled meats, homemade jams and local produce. Breakfast and dinner are available on request, and your host Soso can lead you through the vineyard and cellar - and, if you like, raise a toast as your tamada.

Our five wooden cottages offer two room types, both with mountain views: a triple room for up to four guests, with a twin bed, a sofa bed and a queen bed, and a twin room for up to three, with two twin beds and a sofa bed. Every room is air-conditioned, with a private balcony, an en-suite bathroom and a fridge. Rooms start from 190 GEL a night, depending on the room, and we confirm availability and the final price when you book. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out by 12:00. Three of the cottages are triple rooms and two are twin rooms, so together they sleep up to 18 guests.

Around the cottages

The cottages stand on the winery grounds, a few steps from the cellar and the family restaurant, which cooks set menus for breakfast and dinner for our cottage guests. From the balconies you look over the vineyards to the mountains of the Tana Gorge. Staying the night makes it easy to add a wine tasting and to visit the 7th-century Ateni Sioni church and the Uplistsikhe cave town, both a short drive away. Dining at the estate

Our family restaurant beside the cellar cooks traditional Georgian food: grilled meats, garden vegetables, homemade jams and local produce. It is not a walk-in restaurant: meals are prepared for our cottage guests and, for other visitors, by advance order. Cottage guests choose from set menus for breakfast and dinner. Visitors can book a tasting with a full Georgian lunch for five or more guests. Please order ahead; WhatsApp is the quickest way.
