These terms govern your use of the Château Ateni website and the bookings made through it. Operator. This website is provided by Individual Entrepreneur Zauri Vanishvili (ი/მ ზაური ვანიშვილი), trading as "Château Ateni", identification code 59001003749, village Ateni, Gori Municipality, Shida Kartli 1402, Georgia. Contact: chateau.ateni@gmail.com, +995 599 158 025. Wine tastings. Wine tastings and wine with lunch or dinner are booked on this website. Prices are in Georgian Lari (GEL), per person, according to the menu you choose, and are shown before you pay. Children pay half the adult price. Smaller parties are welcome: a tasting is charged at least three full prices, and a tasting with lunch or dinner at least five. Payment. A booking is confirmed when you pay a 50% deposit by card on Bank of Georgia's secure payment page; your card details are entered there and never reach our website. The remaining 50% is paid at the winery on the day of your visit. After the deposit is paid you receive a confirmation e-mail. Service. A tasting is provided in person at the winery in Ateni on the date and time you booked; nothing is delivered or shipped. Cancellation and refunds. You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your visit by e-mail, WhatsApp or phone; the deposit is then refunded in full to the card you paid with. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the visit and for no-shows the deposit is not refunded. If we have to cancel your visit, the deposit is refunded in full. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability. Refunds are made through Bank of Georgia and usually reach your card within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Cottages. Stays are booked on our booking partner's page (OTELMS) or on Booking.com. A 50% deposit is paid by card when booking and the remaining 50% on arrival. The cancellation conditions shown on the booking page at the time of booking apply. Wine purchases. Wines bought online are sold by our retail partner 8000vintages.ge under its own terms. Wine can also be bought at the winery. Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 or over. Website content.
